Putting Customers First Helps Dean Team Automotive Group Become Local Leader

In 1978 Dick Dean Economy Cars opened its doors in beautiful downtown Ballwin.  It has remained a family business for over 30 years.  Now, two decades later, the business has grown to incorporate the Subaru and Hyundai brands and transformed the dealership into the Dean Team Automotive Group.  They offer state of the art showrooms along with two other facilities located on Manchester Road.

 

The Dean Team Automotive Group continues to sell Volkswagens, Hyundais and Subarus, as well a wide range of quality pre-owned vehicles. They base their business model around service.  Bill Dean states that if you treat people with respect, put the customer first and make their life easier, they will always come back. Not to mention they offer free car washes and service loaners to any of their customers for life.

Aside from cars, the Dean Team family’s other passion is helping find a cure for multiple sclerosis.  Since the inception of the MS Challenge Walk, the Dean Team has helped raise over $2.5 million to fund MS research.  They are also involved with other organizations throughout the community including the Kirkwood Memorial Fund, Siteman Cancer Center, the St. Louis Auto Dealers Association Charitable Foundation, and the Hyundai Hope on Wheels, which has donated more than $10 million to institutions nationwide to help fight childhood cancer.
