Ed Napleton Honda has been a St. Peters, Mo., fixture since it opened in 1994, cementing ties with
the ever-growing community - albeit somewhat discreetly.
"You could say we're a quiet dealership," says General Manager Randy Hubler. "We don't like to tout
ourselves but we are committed to serving our customers and our local neighborhoods."
In terms of community support, Hubler explains that the dealership tends to give to a number of
charities and not-for-profit organizations, not one particular organization. "Our approach is to make
contributions all year long, rather than get behind a small number of larger efforts."
However, Hubler does note that his Honda store enjoys a long relationship with the Make-A-Wish
Foundation, including acting as a sponsor for the organization's annual fund-raising golf tournament.
Other local beneficiaries of the dealership’s donations include area churches and youth sports teams.
Ed Napleton Honda also donated $5,000 to the City of St. Peters Living Memorial Tree Program, which
plants trees in area parks.
The way Ed Napleton Honda - located on the North Service Rd. just west of the intersection of I-70
and Hwy 370 - quietly goes about its business is intentional. Hubler says that the dealership's concern
for its customers has resulted in a tremendous amount of repeat business, especially on the service side.
So much so that they can greet most customers by name.
"We’re not flashy. Just like with our charitable giving, we try to do a number of regular, every day
efforts that make our customers happy. We believe we have the most loyal customer base of any dealership
in the area, and are tremendously grateful for it." |
