Broadway Ford Truck Sales Expanded to Better Serve the Community

Broadway Ford Truck Sales is a full service facility, offering customers sales, parts, service, an extensive body shop and rental and leasing. Broadway has expanded their body shop and relocated it at 214 S. Vandeventer in St. Louis, from 5,000 square feet to over 35,000 square feet, in an effort to better serve its growing clientele. While a part of their company, the physical locations of their Body Shop and Rental and Leasing facility are different from their 1501-1506 S. 7th St. address, which houses their Sales, Parts and Service. Their Rental and Leasing facility is near the 1506 S. 7th address, at 1427 South Third St. After 44 years in business, the dealership has grown from 3 acres with one building to 9 acres with four buildings. The body shop, which used to contain 20 service stalls, can now service 50 vehicles at one time.

Dealer principal Ell Linton, a former member of the St. Louis Rotary Club for 22 years, attributes this growth and success to the dealership’s exclusive focus on trucks. In 1999, Broadway added the Sterling Truck franchise to further expand its position as the truck expert. From the smallest Ranger pickups to the largest over-the-highway trucks, and including minivans, SUVs, and crossovers such as the Ford Taurus X and Flex, if it’s a Ford or Sterling truck, Broadway knows all about it.

When it comes to customer service, Broadway Ford Truck Sales has perfected the art. In fact, November 16th is the official date for this year’s annual customer appreciation night. This private party for Broadway customers will feature the sounds of entertainer Jason D. Williams and his band. Customers are also invited to stop by one of Broadway’s signature customer tailgate parties before any Rams home game. The dealership even sponsors a customer golf tournament every June.

In addition to serving its customers, Broadway understands the importance of serving the surrounding community. For the past 8 years, the dealership has worked closely with the Kilo Diabetes and Vascular Research Foundation. In addition to being a sponsor of the Foundation’s annual golf tournament, Broadway’s VP/GM, Jack L. Garland, is on the Board of Directors.

Broadway also works with the Greater St. Louis Quarterback Club/Foundation, which assists the St. Louis Rams football team and its community efforts. This has been an ongoing relationship since 1995. Broadway donates items to the Foundation’s auction and assists in organizing and executing the Pre-Draft Day Party every year.
