Meeting Facilities

The St. Louis Auto Dealers Association invites our active members and manufacturer representatives to use our meeting facilities as often as possible. We’re ready to host your next training session, sales meeting or other event of any kind.

With two meeting rooms - Board Room and Conference Room - capable of handling both small and large events, a full-range of audio/visual equipment, Internet access, satellite TV, ample parking and a food prep area, we offer a convenient and effective setting for your gathering.

Members, you may reserve our meeting facilities online. Manufacturers, please call our office the first time you reserve a room. After that initial reservation, you will be provided a user name and password that will allow you to reserve online for all future events.

There is no charge to use our facilities. Please see the User Guidelines for all specifics concerning use of the facilities.

We are centrally located on Manchester Rd. in west county, between I-270 and Hwy. 141.
